What I'm working on

At Raiffeisen Bank Albania, I am leading the next phase of our core platforms, focusing on scaling corporate lending workflows, increasing integration reliability, and reducing delivery bottlenecks across our cross-functional teams.

On the side, I am actively building DebtDrone SaaS, transforming the AST-based CLI technical debt analyzer into a full cloud platform that tracks codebase quality trends and helps engineering teams locate and refactor cognitive complexity bottlenecks automatically.

What I'm reading & thinking about

I am writing and researching how engineering organizations fail quietly — focusing on how misalignment, opaque feedback loops, and unmanaged technical debt systematically erode execution speed without triggering obvious outages.

I am also exploring the challenges and compliance strategies of deploying AI-native development toolchains inside regulated industries where privacy, security, and traceability are paramount.
